PNCB’s CEO, Sheri Sesay-Tuffour, PhD, FASAE, CAE, ICE-CCP, IOM Named Chair-Elect of ASAE and Chair of ASAE Research Foundation
ROCKVILLE, MD (August 20, 2025) – The Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) is proud to announce the appointment of Sheri Sesay-Tuffour, PhD, FASAE, CAE, ICE-CCP, IOM, as Chair-Elect of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and Chair of the ASAE Research Foundation for the 2026 fiscal year, beginning September 1, 2025. Dr. Sesay-Tuffour currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and brings a distinguished record of leadership, innovation, and commitment to the association sector.
Dr. Sesay-Tuffour's appointment was officially confirmed during ASAE’s 2025 Annual Meeting & Exposition in Los Angeles, CA, where new officers and directors for both the ASAE and ASAE Research Foundation Boards were installed. Selected by ASAE’s Leadership Committee, Dr. Sesay-Tuffour’s leadership reflects ASAE’s strategic priorities and its commitment to inclusive representation across the association community. As Chair of the ASAE Research Foundation, Dr. Sesay-Tuffour will guide the organization’s efforts to advance research and provide critical insights that empower association professionals. Her extensive experience and dedication to excellence will be instrumental in shaping the Foundation’s impact in the years ahead.
