Beginning August 3, 2020, Prometric cancellation and rescheduling fees will be re-instated.
Please Note: Prometric continues to require everyone appearing at a Prometric testing center to wear an approved face covering for the duration of their time at the location, including test takers and test center staff.
This provision will remain in force, even in jurisdictions that have recently adopted less rigorous COVID-19 policies. Individuals not in compliance with this policy will not be allowed to sit for their scheduled appointment.
This policy is in accordance with Prometric’s documented Safety Plan and the continuing guidance from leading public health officials including the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that wearing face coverings along with other precautions significantly reduces the risk of coronavirus transmission. This provision will remain in force even in jurisdictions that have recently adopted less rigorous COVID-19 policies. Individuals not in compliance with this policy will not be allowed to sit for their scheduled appointment.
Candidates who have their appointments canceled or rescheduled as a result of continued site closures or regional restrictions will not be penalized in this circumstance and are entitled to one free Prometric reschedule for their exam.
Candidates who are unable to test due to COVID-19 illness or impact should follow Prometric's standard escalation procedure by using Prometric's Test Taker “Contact Us” form and choose "Request a Refund."
For additional information and updates, please visit Prometric’s website. PNCB will adjust current eligibilities to accommodate the current situation. Candidates with questions should contact PNCB at email@example.com.
