CPNP-AC Retesting Policies

Unsuccessful Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) exam candidates will follow the retesting policies below beginning September 1, 2019 and beyond.

Due to the breach we are currently only offering the exam in windows, and candidates may only test 1 time per window.

If it has been more than 12 months since your last exam attempt, the activities described in the below chart must have been completed within the preceding 12 months of your current exam application.

Use this retest documentation form when submitting 15 contact hours per area of weakness after a second and fourth failed exam.

If you are unsuccessful on the CPNP exam on your 6th attempt or beyond, please contact PNCB at exam@pncb.org for requirements.
