PNCB Database Blackout
PNCB's database will be upgraded between May 18 and May 31 to better serve you. We anticipate that your portal and e-commerce (anything requiring a log-in) will be intermittently unavailable from mid-May to mid-June. During the blackout dates, no online transactions or personal portal access will be available.
- Exam results will be processed only once per week during this time.
- PNCB online module access will not be available during the blackout.
- For verifications, CPNPs, employers, and state boards can contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Customer service will be available at email@example.com or 1-888-641-2767 during normal business hours to assist you.
The informational part of the PNCB website will still be available during this time. Thank you for your patience during this exciting transition, and we will notify you when the new system is live.
