Welcome to PNCB's verification ordering system.
Employers and credentialing organizations use this site to receive primary source verification of PNCB certification. PNCB-certified individuals self-verify
. PNCB conducts primary source verification of advanced practice education credentials during the application process. CPNP and PMHS exam candidates are required to contact the school's registrar's office and request that a transcript be sent directly to PNCB.
*New Option: PNCB now offers a way for employers and credentialing organizations to pre-pay for verification vouchers in bulk. Vouchers can then be redeemed by your staff instead of payment for verifications.

Follow these steps to order:
Know when the individual certified or recertified.
New certifications need 2-3 weeks to be processed after a candidate's exam date. Ordering prematurely will result in a verification stating the individual is not certified.
Verifications of already certified individuals to confirm current certification status will reflect the expiration date of the most recent certification renewal. Verify only after confirming that the individual has recertified. CPNP and CPN certifications always have an expiration date of February 28.
What does this mean for my order?
CPNPs and CPNs recertify annually between 10/1 and 1/31 with possible extensions for late recertification. If you verify someone on 11/6 and they have not yet recertified, the certification expiration date will still read 2/28 of the next year.
Verification of Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN) certification is managed by the
Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing
