The PEDs Exam Prep is a unique practice testing tool designed to offer:

• a simulation of the computer-based CPNP exam
• help in becoming familiar with the presentation and structure of CPNP exam questions
• a learning activity to review content related to pediatric nurse practitioner role in primary care.

The PEDs Exam Prep is for:

• Graduating Primary Care PNP students
• Graduating Acute Care PNP students--may benefit from the Health Promotion/Prevention/Anticipatory Guidance & Assessment module--there is 30% overlap between the Primary Care and Acute Care disciplines, primarily the growth and development, health maintenance and other basic functions of the Primary Care role
• Graduating FNP students with an upcoming national NP qualifying exam

The PEDs Exam Prep is not a study course or a review course.

The PEDs Exam Prep includes two exam modules, which represent a sample of exam items based on the newest Primary Care CPNP Content Outline:

1. Health Promotion/Prevention/Anticipatory Guidance & Assessment
2. Management and Professional Issues

Cost for each exam module is $50.
Order both exam modules at this time and pay $95, a $5 savings.

Depending on your interest or need, you may select ONE or BOTH exam modules. Both exam modules, Health Promotion/Prevention/Anticipatory Guidance & Assessment and Management and Professional Issues, represent a sample of the newest Primary Care CPNP Exam content outline.

Each exam module has 50 questions. You will be assigned a 3-month testing period from date of order. During the testing period you will have one opportunity to complete each exam module and unlimited access to the modules so you may complete in more than one sitting, if needed, and to review feedback of correct and incorrect answers. On completing the exam module, you may view your score report and feedback for each question. A score report and question feedback for each exam module will also be e-mailed to you. A continuing education certificate for 5 contact hours is also awarded on exam module completion and available to print before you log off.

After you order the PEDS Exam Prep module(s), a user ID(s) and password(s) is emailed to you within an hour for the exam module(s) ordered, along with a link to the module testing site(s).
