Support certification for your nurses with On-site Testing
The PNCB's nationally acclaimed Certified Pediatric Nurse - CPN® exam can be administered at your hospital in paper-pencil format if you have five or more interested nurses. Benefits include:

• Hospitals pay no fees to administer the exam.
• You set the time and date for test administration.
• All mailing costs are managed by the PNCB.
• Exam scores are reported to candidates within three weeks of testing.
• The CPN® exam is administered in paper-pencil format.
• Proctors receive an aggregate performance report.

Our New "No Pass, No Pay" Plan
If your hospital can offer two On-site exams and enroll 15 candidates in a 12-month period, our new Institutional Competency Assessment Plan (ICAP™) offers great benefits for nurses and hospitals. Hospitals can participate if they reimburse or pay upfront for the exam, and are invoiced only for passing nurses.
