Changing Exam Dates or Format

If you have applied to sit for an On-site exam and have a scheduling conflict, please follow the instructions below for assistance.

Change to Another On-site Exam

If your hospital is offering additional On-site exam testing dates and you'd like to reschedule your exam date, simply email exam@pncb.org with the date you are cancelling and the new date.

Change to a Computer-based Exam:

To cancel your On-site exam and change to a computer-based exam off-site, email exam@pncb.org to have your application processed for a 90-day testing window in which to schedule your computer-based exam at a Prometric testing center.
