Contact Hour or Academic Documentation Options. These contact hours must be completed prior to your enrollment in Recertification and earned within 2 years of the annual Recertification enrollment deadline of December 1.

Contact Hour/Clinical Practice Hour Option. The clincal practice must have occurred within the past year (12 months).

Self-Assessment Exercise (SAE) Option. You'll complete the SAE after the Recert enrollment period is over. We'll send the SAE to you in late December 2007. Visit our SAE Dates link to the left for complete details.
