CPN® Recertification Fees

Effective 10/1/09 through 2/1/10 for 2010 Recertification

We encourage you to complete your Recert application online. Online Recert is safe and secure, plus it offers:

• A $15.00 discount
• A summary of your Recert history
• Real-time tracking of your order
• Immediate processing of your online wallet card

If you prefer, paper forms are available for you to print, complete, and mail to the PNCB.

Recert Option Fees

* The Inactive option is not recommended but is included as a choice should you be faced with unusual circumstances that prevent you from completing an SAE or documentation. Only 1 year of inactivity is allowed within each 7-year cycle. More than 1 year of inactivity within a 7-year cycle will require you to forfeit previous participation and you will need to take the exam again to regain certification.

Change Order Fee

When choosing your Recertification option, consider your choice carefully. Changing your Recertification option after placing your order will require a $30 change order fee.

Late Fees

$75 - This fee is due if you recertify after the February 1, 2010 deadline.
