Contact Hour or Academic Documentation Options. Contact hours or academic credit must be earned within 24 months of submission of Recertification enrollment.

Contact Hour/Clinical Practice Hour Option. The clinical practice must have occurred within 12 months of submission of Recertification enrollment.

Self-Assessment Exercise (SAE) Option. You'll complete the SAE after you enroll in Recert. We'll send the SAE to you starting in November depending on when you place your order. Your SAE must be completed by May 15, 2010. Visit our SAE Dates link to the left for complete details.
