Feedback on Your SAE

We offer an SAE Updates web page to address issues concerning test items. You can visit this webpage to see if your question is discussed there. If your question is not listed on our SAE Updates web page, we gladly accept comments or inquiries at sae@pncb.org for assistance.

Both participant feedback and item performance are evaluated routinely for each SAE module, and all comments are carefully considered. Unless overall item performance statistics or editorial analysis indicate a problem on a particular item(s), it is not possible to give credit for disputed answers.

As SAE test items are not pre-tested, adjustments in both the question and answer portions of test items may need to be made. Statistics of the answers will be reviewed and questions adjusted accordingly. Participants will be notified if their particular module requires adjustments.
